In the past decades we have been exploring and practicing philosophy, coaching, and related evidence/science. We love to bring the three of them together as follows:
-Life Wisdom (Transformational philosophy)
-Life Process (The process of coaching)
-Life Feedback (Scientific foundation of coaching)
Bringing them together is the “method”. Enhancing your Life-Leadership is the result.

We have been practicing what we call “philosophy driven coaching”, inspired by so many great philosophers who all have remarkable contributions in the field of human transformation. This is just a selection of them… On purpose without their names, to trigger your curiosity 😉

While working with groups, we co-create “egregores”. An egregore is a concept for a kind of collective, thoughtform or group mind that emerges from the shared intentions, beliefs, rituals, or energy of a group of people. And which then seems to take on a life and agency of its own, feeding back on and influencing the very people who created it. The term comes from the French égrégore, itself derived from a Greek word (ἐγρήγορος, “wakeful” or “watcher”). It shows up in 19th–20th century to describe a psychic “supramental” entity generated by a group that persists as long as the group’s collective attention and ritual practice sustain it.
While working with groups we have learned how egregores, when going through philosophy driven, tangible coaching experiences, are capable of providing deep, sustainable transformation in the personal leadership consciousness of its members
And when we use the words “deep and sustainable transformation”, we mean what you are seeing here in the two graphics on the right of this overview.
